Why is the Kenya Government bent on rigging the presidential elections?

1. Every government is bent on rigging every election. Have you ever heard the saying, "If voting could actually change anything, it would be illegal?" Power corrupts. Once they're in power, they usually do everything they can to stay in power. -yk Update: I will.
2. Link please. I just saw a Benny Hinn service there and there were thousands upon top of thousands. From everything I've heard about Kenya lately, they are doing great as a nation. The First Lady of Kenya is a Christian. There is no more genocide in the country, employment is up and Kenya seems to be doing much better. I just watched a documentary on how far they've come. So please give me a link. I am interested in what you are talking about.
