The Berber people of North Africa originate from East Africa so how comes there not considered black?

The Berber people have a gene in their gene pool called e1b1b which originates in East Africa and in most Berbers it reaches from 50-80%. If e1b1b originates in East Africa than how comes a lot of Berbers have white skin, green/blue eyes and blonde hair. If most of their gene pool originates from East Africa then shouldn't they look black?

1. you are wrong, they originated from the middle east, the arabs were the first to enslave the africans, they came from the middle east to come get them. east africans are black, berbers are arabs
2. E1b1b has nothing to do with skin. Those guys in Cameroon are R1b, and they are black. Look it up!
3. North Africans did not originate from East Africa. North Africans and East Africans are different. Many people in North Africa are Arabs. The Berbers are not but they are native to North Africa.
4. Because they don't look Black. To be honest i always assumed that they were Black until i read that story a while ago about a young Berber girl getting mistaken for the missing English child Madeline Mccan. If they can look so similar to a White person they i doubt they can be considered Black, regardless of their DNA.
5. Berbers take their origin in Eurasia ! I've searched on Wikipedia and it says : that the the berber maternal dna is 100% caucasian E1b1b ( paternal dna) can be found all around the Mediterranea. and is originated from N.Africa...not eastern africa. Either way , most of Berbers are not "black"....Africa # Black I know coz , my mother's mostly of berber ancestries , & all her relatives are mediterranean looking , some even have got blonde hair...and some green/blue eyes..it's common among some groups.
6. I dont know- but that is my haplogroup. My grandfather was Meditterenean and he had blue eyes and light skin, but I doubt that most of his people before him looked white coming out of N.Africa- but maybe My dad looks like a berber. his skin is light brown. he is lighter than me though.and his eyes are slanted a little.
