To any one with experience doing medical work in Northeastern Kenya or Southern Somalia?

I am interested in bringing a medical, dental, veterinary humanitarian team to work with the Somali people group in Northeastern Kenya and/or Southern Somalia. If you have any experience working with this people group or if you are from this people group or have contacts in this area please share. I'll be participating in a visionary trip on late '08 to assess first hand the needs and start development of a strategy for our team who will be going in May 2009. Thanks!
